As far as faults and failures go, all of our components ship with at least a one-year warranty, up to three years on the major components e.g. motherboards, hard drives, processors, and monitors.
Some of our notebook products ship with a two year “Fetch & Return” policy, where the unit is collected from your premises, repaired within 7 to 10 working days, and returned to your premises at absolutely no cost to you.
